Everything Electric Sydney Competition - Terms and Conditions

(1) promotional period

1a) The promotion starts on Friday, 28 February 2024, at 17:00 pm (AEDT) and ends on Tuesday, 4 March 2025, at 11:59 pm (AEDT).

1b) Winners will be drawn on Wednesday, 5 March 2025, at 12:00 pm (AEDT) using https://commentpicker.com/random-name-picker.php

(2) the prize

2a) 50 winners will each receive two (2) three-day passes to Everything Electric Sydney, valid from Friday, 7 March 2024, to Sunday, 9 March 2024.

2b) The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

(3) eligibility

3a) Entrants must be 18 years or over.

3b) Entrants must be residents of Australia.

3c) Amber Electric employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

(4) HOW TO ENTER

4a) Entries must be submitted during the Promotional Period.

4b) Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will not be counted.

4c) Entry to the competition can be achieved through the following steps:

  • Like the competition post on Amber’s social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) AND
  • Tag a friend you would bring along in the comments AND
  • Comment what you are most excited to see at Everything Electric Sydney.

(5) HOW The winners are chosen

(6) HOW The winners are notified

  • 6a) Winners will be contacted on or around 6 March 2024 via direct message on the platform they entered (Facebook or Instagram).

(7) CLAIMING THE PRIZE

  • 7a) Winners must accept the prize by 11:59 pm (AEDT) on Thursday, 6 March 2024 by responding to the notification message.
  • 7b) If a winner does not claim the prize by the deadline, the prize will be forfeited.

(8) prerequisites to claim

8a) As a condition of claiming the prize, the winner must:

  • Accept these terms and conditions.
  • Consent to Amber using their name, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes related to the competition.

(9) GENERAL TERMS

9a) The prize is for event entry tickets only and does not include travel, accommodation, or any other associated costs.

9b) The Prize is not redeemable for cash.

9c) Amber Electric reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
